Hey, I’m Ryan π
It’s my mission to transmit the timeless wisdom and time-tested, transformative meditation practices of authentic spiritual traditions into the digital age. Through my work, I help people overcome suffering, achieve their potential, and connect to their spiritual truth. I create content, mentor clients 1-1 online, and teach in-person workshops and retreats.
I’ve been a life-long truth seeker, and became fascinated by consciousness and the problem of human suffering from an early age. As a teenager, I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and ADHD.
The emotional challenges drove me to inquire into big questions about life. I went on to get a BA in Philosophy at Arizona State University with an emphasis in Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Science, but finished feeling unsatisfied with academic study of consciousness. Searching for a direct experience of truth, I continued my search with great intensity until I eventually found the answers I was searching for in the timeless wisdom traditions of Yoga, Buddhism, and Vedanta.
On my journey, I’ve been fortunate to meet and personally study with enlightened teachers from prominent spiritual lineages in India and around the world. The two traditions I draw most strongly from are the meditative and energetic tradition of Kriya Yoga, and the philosophical and inquiry based tradition of Advaita Vedanta.
I’ve been with my spiritual teacher, Rajivji, for over 14 years and have spent thousands of hours meditating and doing spiritual practices. Now, it’s my mission to transmit the power of the authentic spiritual traditions I am connected to into our modern digital world.
Judging wisely, cultivating self-awareness and understanding, inquiry into reality, discriminating between true and false
Whole-hearted faith in our path of spiritual transformation, loving connection and service to the divine within and without
Self-control and mastery of the mind through meditation to elevate our state of consciousness beyond its limitations
Letting go of identification with the ego, non-attachment to the world and the results of our actions
Where would I be without my teachers? These are a few of the teachers who’ve had a big impact on my spiritual path and personal journey of transformation. Each teacher has a description of their lineage and practice. Praise them!
